XRP added 19,000 new accounts in a single week, a sharp rise that stood out in a market still showing caution. The report, citing Evernorth, said this growth came while the Altcoin Season Index was at 46, a level that suggests the market has not moved into a broad altcoin rally. Even so, investor positioning appears to be getting more selective, with XRP emerging as one of the names drawing closer attention.
XRP-focused products keep attracting fresh money
Fund flow data adds to that picture. While many crypto ETFs and digital asset investment products have seen net outflows, products tied to XRP have continued to bring in new capital. That split suggests some institutional and experienced investors are increasing exposure to XRP even without a wider risk-on move across the market. Money is not returning everywhere. It is choosing specific assets.
At the same time, the network’s user base keeps expanding. Rising wallet numbers are often read as a sign of stronger adoption and higher engagement, and the report notes that this trend has held up even during broader market corrections. That matters because it points to demand that is not purely dependent on short-term price action.
The $1.05 level is now the key price area
According to CoinCodex data cited in the article, XRP is trading near the important $1.05 support level. If the token manages to hold above that area, expectations for a rebound may stay alive in the near term. If it fails, pressure on the short-term structure could increase. For now, traders are watching whether price support and network growth continue to line up.
A longer-term technical signal is also getting attention. Market analyst Cryptollica said XRP’s Relative Strength Index, or RSI, has reached its most extreme oversold reading in 13 years. RSI is used to measure the speed and strength of price moves; lower readings generally indicate oversold conditions, while higher readings point to overbought territory.
Past cycles showed rallies after similar RSI weakness
The report notes that earlier periods of deep RSI weakness in XRP were followed by notable rallies. Still, those past patterns do not guarantee the same outcome this time. What they do show is why the current setup is being watched so closely. Network growth remains firm, XRP investment products are still attracting capital, and long-term technical readings are sitting at an extreme.
That leaves the market focused on three signals: whether account growth continues, whether inflows into XRP products hold up, and whether price stays above $1.05. Those factors are now shaping the next move traders are looking for.
