XRP moved above $1.14 with roughly 82 million XRP in daily volume, then pulled back toward key support. Traders are now watching whether the $1.14-$1.145 zone can hold.

XRP pushed above $1.14 after a sharp increase in trading activity. Analyst Anderson said daily volume climbed to about 82 million XRP, more than 200% above the average, helping lift the price to $1.158. Selling followed soon after, dragging XRP back toward $1.145, and CoinCodex later showed the token slipping as low as $1.12.

Market attention shifts from breakout to support confirmation

Anderson does not treat the retreat as a bearish turn. His view is that the move looks more like a retest of a freshly broken level. In technical trading, a resistance area that is cleared can later act as support, and that is now the main issue for XRP. If buyers keep price action inside the $1.14 to $1.145 range, the recent breakout could remain intact over the short term.

He said the rally through $1.14 was backed by strong buying pressure, which makes the pullback relevant rather than alarming. The next few sessions may decide whether the breakout has enough strength to hold.

Three price zones stand out on the chart

The first level Anderson is watching is $1.14 to $1.145, which he identifies as the primary support zone. A recovery and hold in that area would suggest buyers have regained control. The next level is $1.155. A move through it could indicate renewed upward momentum.

Above that, the heavier resistance band sits between $1.17 and $1.20. A clear break of that range would strengthen the case for a broader bullish structure. If that does not happen, XRP could remain in consolidation or face another round of selling pressure.

ETF inflows and XRPL tokenized assets add to the setup

The article also points to non-price data drawing attention to XRP. Spot XRP ETFs have posted net inflows for nine straight weeks, with another $17.2 million added recently. That flow suggests institutional interest has remained in place even as the broader market has been more cautious.

At the same time, tokenized real-world assets on the XRP Ledger have moved above $4 billion. The XRP Ledger is described as an open-source blockchain tied to the Ripple ecosystem, known for cross-border payments and asset transfers. With technical levels, ETF demand, and XRPL activity all under watch, XRP is heading into a short-term test centered on whether support holds and resistance gives way.
