xStocks has officially launched on BNB Chain, introducing more than 50 tokenized U.S. stocks and ETFs to the network. The initial lineup includes major names such as Apple, Tesla, and NVIDIA, along with broad market exposure through the S&P 500 ETF. The move expands on-chain access to traditional financial assets and gives users a new way to gain equity exposure through blockchain-based infrastructure.
Lower entry barrier for on-chain equity access
According to the announcement, users can start investing with as little as $10, while trading is available on a 24/5 basis. This structure is designed to make tokenized equities more accessible to a wider group of users, especially those looking to combine traditional market exposure with the flexibility of decentralized finance.
Trading begins on PancakeSwap and CowSwap
The tokenized assets are already available on PancakeSwap and CowSwap, with 1inch integration expected soon. Beyond basic trading, the assets are also positioned for broader DeFi utility. They can be used as collateral for lending and incorporated into structured yield strategies, suggesting that xStocks is aiming to build more than a simple tokenized brokerage layer.
BNB Chain strengthens its RWA position
The launch also highlights BNB Chain’s growing role in the real-world asset sector. The network is described as the second-largest blockchain for RWAs, with about $3.8 billion in on-chain RWA assets, roughly 45,000 holders, and $1.17 billion in transfer volume. That existing scale could provide a meaningful base for the expansion of tokenized stocks and ETFs.
Looking ahead, further integrations are planned with Chainlink, Venus Protocol, and Flux to improve platform capabilities and extend use cases. Taken together, the rollout marks another step in the migration of traditional financial assets onto blockchain networks and reinforces BNB Chain’s push into the RWA market.
