Yorkville America, the asset manager behind Truth Social-branded ETFs tied to U.S. President Donald Trump’s media brand, is nearing an acquisition that it expects to complete in September, according to Reuters. The deal would involve the purchase of an institutional asset manager and is intended to expand Yorkville’s product lineup beyond its current concentration in politically themed “America First” exchange-traded funds. CEO Steve Neamtz said the acquisition would be a key step in the firm’s broader expansion into the wider asset management business. At the same time, Yorkville on Monday launched the MANGOS Plus Index ETF, which is set to list on the New York Stock Exchange and NYSE Texas. The fund is the firm’s first ETF not managed under the Truth Social brand and is focused on companies tied to the AI supply chain. Its index includes Meta, Anthropic, NVIDIA, Alphabet, OpenAI and SpaceX, while also adding AI-related stocks such as Micron and SanDisk. For private companies including Anthropic and OpenAI, the fund will use perpetual futures contracts to gain price exposure. Neamtz also said Yorkville has filed applications for about 12 more ETFs that it aims to roll out in the coming weeks to months, covering themes including the digital economy and macro strategies. He described that pipeline as the firm’s first move into digital asset and crypto products.

Yorkville America, the asset manager overseeing Truth Social-branded ETFs, is nearing an acquisition that would expand its product lineup through the purchase of an institutional asset manager, according to Reuters. The transaction is expected to close in September.

Acquisition would widen Yorkville’s asset management reach

Chief executive Steve Neamtz said the deal would mark an important step in Yorkville’s expansion strategy. The firm is looking to move beyond a lineup now centered on politically themed “America First” ETFs and into a broader asset management business.

MANGOS Plus Index ETF launched on Monday

Yorkville also launched the MANGOS Plus Index ETF on Monday. The fund is set to list on the New York Stock Exchange and NYSE Texas.

It is Yorkville’s first ETF that is not managed under the Truth Social brand. The product is aimed at companies seen as part of the AI supply chain.

The index tracked by the ETF includes Meta, Anthropic, NVIDIA, Alphabet, OpenAI and SpaceX, grouped under the “MANGOS” theme. It also includes AI-related stocks such as Micron and SanDisk.

For Anthropic and OpenAI, which are not publicly listed, the fund will use perpetual futures contracts to obtain price exposure tied to those companies.

About 12 more ETFs are in the pipeline

Neamtz said the move represents Yorkville’s first entry into digital asset and crypto products. The company has already filed applications and plans to launch about 12 additional ETFs over the coming weeks to months, covering themes including the digital economy and macro strategies.
