According to ZachXBT, the exposed information allegedly includes user personal details, portfolio holdings, banking information, custodian information, and verification status. He also said that in June 2026, an attacker used information from the related database to target a BitcoinIRA user and stole more than $1.2 million in assets.
ZachXBT added that he contacted both companies for comment on Aug. 21, but had not received a response as of publication.
