Israeli AI security startup Zenity said on Aug. 3 that it has raised $125 million in a Series C round led by Norwest. Investors in the round also included SoftBank Vision Fund 2, Hitachi Ventures and LG Technology Ventures. The company focuses on security for enterprise AI agents, targeting risks tied to governance, access control and the growing ability of autonomous systems to execute tasks inside corporate environments. Zenity said the next wave of AI risk is not limited to the model layer. It also comes from AI agents that can act on enterprise systems, data and business processes. The company said enterprises are rapidly deploying agents that can complete tasks, make decisions and connect with internal systems. It added that adoption of AI agents in Asia-Pacific markets including Japan, South Korea, Singapore and Australia is moving faster than earlier AI technology cycles. The company plans to use the new funding to expand across Asia-Pacific and Europe. Zenity currently has about 230 employees, with its R&D center in Tel Aviv and operating headquarters in New York. Its core customer base includes highly regulated sectors such as financial services, telecom, healthcare, pharmaceuticals and energy.

Israeli AI security startup Zenity said on Aug. 3 that it has completed a $125 million Series C financing round led by Norwest, with participation from SoftBank Vision Fund 2, Hitachi Ventures and LG Technology Ventures.

Zenity focuses on security for enterprise AI agents. The company said its products are aimed at addressing security, governance and access-control issues that emerge as businesses deploy autonomous AI systems.

In Zenity's view, future AI risk does not come only from the model itself. It also comes from the effects AI agents can have on enterprise systems, data and business processes once they gain the ability to carry out tasks on their own.

According to the company, enterprises are moving quickly to deploy AI agents that can execute tasks, make decisions and connect to internal systems. Zenity also said adoption of AI agents in Asia-Pacific markets including Japan, South Korea, Singapore and Australia is outpacing the pace seen in earlier AI technology waves.

The new capital will be used to expand Zenity's business in Asia-Pacific and Europe. The company currently has about 230 employees. Its R&D center is located in Tel Aviv, and its operating headquarters is in New York.

Zenity mainly serves heavily regulated industries including financial services, telecommunications, healthcare, pharmaceuticals and energy. Those sectors are using AI agents in internal workflows as well as customer-facing functions such as customer service and ticket handling.
