ZeroHash has introduced AUTH at Money20/20 USA in Las Vegas, according to CoinDesk, positioning the product as an onchain identity verification and account-linking tool for crypto assets, stablecoins, and tokenized securities. The company said the product is designed to remove two common points of friction in blockchain transfers: copying long wallet addresses and manually selecting the correct network. AUTH shifts the transfer model from raw addresses to linked accounts. Users choose the accounts they want to connect, sign in with account credentials and multi-factor authentication, and then move assets directly onchain in a process ZeroHash described as near-instant. The product supports connections between self-custody and custodial accounts. ZeroHash said AUTH currently offers more than 600 connections across custodial and non-custodial accounts, reaching about 250 million users in more than 190 countries. Named platform partners include Robinhood, Gemini, Coinbase exchange and wallet, MetaMask, and Phantom. The company also appointed Ryan Beaudry, formerly executive vice president of global open finance products and operations at Mastercard, as general manager of AUTH. AUTH can be deployed as a standalone product or activated through ZeroHash’s existing SDK, with no separate integration required for platforms already using other ZeroHash products.

ZeroHash has launched AUTH, an onchain identity verification and account-linking product, at Money20/20 USA in Las Vegas, according to CoinDesk. The company said the tool is built to address user-experience issues tied to onchain transfers of crypto assets, stablecoins, and tokenized securities.

With AUTH, users do not need to copy long wallet addresses made up of letters and numbers. They also do not need to manually choose a blockchain network before moving assets.

From address-based transfers to account-based transfers

ZeroHash said AUTH changes onchain asset transfers from an address model to an account model. Users can directly connect self-custodied accounts with custodial accounts. The process starts with selecting the accounts to be linked, then logging in through account credentials and multi-factor authentication. After that, assets are transferred directly onchain in what the company described as a near-instant process.

More than 600 connections across custodial and self-custody platforms

According to ZeroHash, AUTH currently provides more than 600 connections spanning custodial and non-custodial accounts. The company said that reach covers about 250 million users in more than 190 countries. Platforms named by ZeroHash include Robinhood, Gemini, Coinbase, including its exchange and wallet products, MetaMask, and Phantom.

Standalone deployment or activation through the existing SDK

ZeroHash said AUTH is not only focused on usability, but also on trust and control. The product replaces raw addresses with verified, user-authorized accounts, while allowing partners to configure which account types, onchain assets, and transfer methods they want to support.

The company also appointed Ryan Beaudry as general manager of AUTH. He previously served as executive vice president of global open finance products and operations at Mastercard.

AUTH can be used as a standalone product or enabled through ZeroHash’s existing SDK. Platforms that have already integrated other ZeroHash products do not need a separate integration for AUTH.
