Moonshot AI prepares for Hong Kong IPO, with listing possible in as little as six months
Moonshot AI has begun preparing for a Hong Kong initial public offering and could complete the listing in as little as six months, according to a report cited by PANews from Sina Finance. The company has informed investors that it is adjusting its corporate structure as part of the IPO process. The development comes one day after Moonshot AI formally unveiled Kimi K3 in the early hours of July 17. The company described Kimi K3 as its strongest model to date, with 2.8 trillion total parameters, a 1 million-token context window, and native multimodal capabilities. Moonshot AI said the model is built for long-horizon intelligent coding and self-evolving workflows, and called it the world’s largest open-source model by parameter count currently available.
