AMOLED chip designer Yunyinggu restarts A-share IPO process in Shenzhen
Yunyinggu Technology, a Shenzhen-based AMOLED display driver chip designer, has restarted its A-share initial public offering process after filing tutoring registration with the Shenzhen bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission on Sept. 10. GF Securities is serving as the tutoring institution. The company had already gone public in Hong Kong on May 27 this year and was valued at HK$10.5 billion as of the previous close. Founded in May 2012, Yunyinggu has registered capital of 436 million yuan. Its founder, Gu Jing, is the company’s legal representative and currently serves as executive director, chairman, general manager and chief executive officer. According to the source material, the company’s investors include Xiaomi Yangtze River and Tianjin Jinmi, both controlled by Lei Jun, Huawei-backed Hubble Technology, BOE Technology and Qualcomm China. Its revenue rose from 551 million yuan in 2022 to 1.106 billion yuan in 2025, but the company remained loss-making over the same period. For the first half of 2026, Yunyinggu reported 318 million yuan in revenue and a net loss listed in the source as 1.51 yuan, with profitability not yet achieved. Frost & Sullivan data cited in the filing ranked the company as the fifth-largest AMOLED display driver chip supplier globally by 2024 shipment volume and the largest in mainland China.
