BiFu lists Anthropic Pre-IPO trading ahead of planned Nasdaq debut

BiFu said it launched Anthropic Pre-IPO trading in its trading section at 20:00 on Oct. 31. Anthropic had publicly filed its S-1 registration statement on Oct. 26 and plans to list on Nasdaq under the ticker ANT, with trading expected to begin in mid-November. Market expectations cited in the source say the IPO could value Anthropic at more than $2 trillion. The fundraising size is also seen as potentially topping the record set by SpaceX in June this year, which would make it the largest IPO by fundraising size globally. BiFu also said it plans to add more Pre-IPO assets from other companies, giving users a way to trade before those firms go public.

Anthropic’s IPO filing left the price blank, but a footnote points to a $71.43 share value

Anthropic’s IPO prospectus did not disclose a formal share price, but Protos says a footnote and related figures in the filing make the company’s late-September valuation relatively easy to infer. The key data point is a $2 billion third-quarter expense tied to matching employee charitable stock donations made in August, which Anthropic later settled in October with about 28 million non-voting Class N shares. On that math, the board was valuing the stock at roughly $71.43 per share, with a rounded range of $69.52 to $73.35. The report also traces Anthropic’s rapid price progression across recent financing rounds and internal transactions: $5.61 per common-share equivalent in Series E in March 2025, $14.10 in Series F in September 2025, $25.91 in Series G in February 2026, $58.90 in Series H in May 2026, and about $64 implied by a later RSU grant. Protos adds that Nasdaq Private Market indicated $85.10 on October 9, while private-market data from Notice implied a split-adjusted $90.80 after Anthropic’s 10-for-1 stock split on September 17, 2026. Anthropic is seeking the ticker ANT for its planned Nasdaq debut.

Anthropic pre-IPO perpetuals imply nearly $1.9 trillion valuation as whale adds to short

Anthropic’s public IPO filing has quickly spilled into crypto derivatives markets, where two pre-IPO perpetual contracts on Hyperliquid are now being used to bet on the company’s prospective listing value. As of Oct. 27 in Taipei time, trade.xyz’s ANT contract was priced at $114.42, implying an estimated valuation of about $1.94 trillion based on the share-count calculation cited in the source, while Entropy’s ANTH contract traded at 1,880.8, representing a market capitalization of roughly $1.88 trillion under that product’s pricing model. The two contracts use different mechanics: ANT tracks a per-share price, while ANTH is quoted directly in market-cap terms, with each $1 representing $1 billion in valuation. Trading activity also differed sharply between the two venues. ANT fell from $138 to $109.05 in its first trading hour and appeared dominated by smaller positions, with no single address holding $1 million or more. ANTH, by contrast, carried about $52.361 million in open interest, and on-chain monitoring showed eight addresses with positions above $1 million. The largest short address, 0xecc8, increased its position by about $5.5687 million. Both contracts are cash-settled in USDC and do not deliver Anthropic shares or IPO allocation rights.

Anthropic’s IPO filing gives public ANT buyers economic exposure, not control

Anthropic’s S-1 filing, submitted on Oct. 26 Eastern Time for a Nasdaq listing, lays out a governance structure that sharply limits the influence of public shareholders. Investors buying ANT in the public market would receive Class A common stock with one vote per share, but all Class A shares combined can account for no more than 49.9% of the company’s total voting power. The remaining 50.1% is permanently exercised through a single Class F share held by Founder LLC, a vehicle controlled by seven co-founders. The filing also creates a second control layer through a long-term benefit trust, which holds the company’s only Class T share and can appoint four of seven board seats. Anthropic says the structure is designed around five share classes: Class A for public investors, Class N for strategic holders including Amazon and Google, Class T for trust-appointed directors, Class F for founder voting control, and Class E for employees. The filing states that Class A holders will generally be unable to influence shareholder votes or board elections unless the founders fail to reach an internal majority. Anthropic also warns that its multi-class structure could limit index inclusion and that, as a public benefit corporation, directors may balance shareholder returns against broader public-interest goals. Under Delaware law, shareholders seeking to enforce those duties would need to hold 2% of shares or stock worth $2 million, whichever is lower.

Anthropic files for Nasdaq IPO, with seven people set to control 50.1% of voting power

Anthropic filed on Monday to go public on the Nasdaq under the ticker ANT, but its prospectus shows public investors will have limited influence over corporate votes. The filing says a Founder LLC made up of seven people will hold a single share of Class F common stock at the IPO, and that share will carry 50.1% of the vote on general stockholder matters. The named members are CEO Dario Amodei, Daniela Amodei, Tom Brown, Jack Clark, Jared Kaplan, Sam McCandlish, and Christopher Olah. Because Founder LLC acts by majority decision, as few as four of the seven members could determine how that Class F share votes. The prospectus also says buyers of Class A shares cannot change the outcome of a stockholder vote or director election regardless of how they vote. Benjamin Mann, whom the filing says is often referred to as a co-founder and has worked at Anthropic since January 2021, is not a member of Founder LLC and does not participate in control of that 50.1% voting block.
