Listed company CEA Industries has settled a proxy fight with Binance co-founder Changpeng Zhao's family office YZi Labs. Ella Zhang, Alex Odagiu, and Matthew Roszak will join the board, with Odagiu serving as interim president. The company formally pivots to a BNB-centric treasury strategy after securing a $500 million PIPE investment led by YZi Labs last August.
