The company had been scheduled to begin trading on Oct. 23 at a reference price of NT$42.5 per share, but the listing was postponed to Oct. 27 after work and classes were suspended because of a typhoon. The company said it sees demand rising from semiconductor cleanrooms, advanced process equipment and AI data centers. According to a Commercial Times report cited in the source material, Yuden Control has paid-in capital of NT$253 million and operates through three business lines: its own brand, distribution of international brands and TAF calibration services. Its in-house eyc-tech brand contributes about 55% of revenue, while distribution accounts for roughly 40%. Yuden Control said AI data centers are becoming a key growth driver as higher-power AI servers push liquid cooling into the mainstream. The company has entered the cooling distribution unit, or CDU, supply chain and provides flow, pressure and temperature sensors. Data center-related sales rose more than 200% this year. In the first three quarters, revenue reached NT$274 million, up 14.1% year over year, while net profit after tax came in at NT$53.22 million, with EPS at NT$2.22.130
