Bitget opens 2026 KCGI with 37,148 traders competing for a 3 million USDT pool
Bitget has officially launched the 2026 King’s Cup Global Invitational, or KCGI, with 37,148 traders and 1,347 teams already signed up, according to the company. The competition spans crypto futures, TradFi perpetual products and spot stock trading through rToken, widening the event beyond crypto-only markets. Traders can compete for a total prize pool of 3 million USDT through Sept. 22, with the core UEX Arena segment alone offering 2 million USDT across five leaderboards. Those rankings cover team profit and loss, crypto futures volume, TradFi perpetual volume, rToken trading volume and individual profit and loss. Team captains can also compete for an additional 100,000 USDT, while a separate UEX Treasure Map campaign offers rewards of up to 600,000 USDT and access to an extra 20,000 USDT pool for eligible participants. Bitget said trading for KCGI 2026 runs from Sept. 9 at 00:00 to Sept. 22 at 23:59, UTC+8. Final results are scheduled for Sept. 23 to 24, and the award ceremony livestream is set for Sept. 25.
