Galxe tells users to unstake and withdraw G before Oct. 26, 2026

Galxe said most of its core services have moved to the Gravity Layer 1 network as the Gravity Alpha mainnet is being phased out. The team warned that users with staked G tokens or balances in Smart Savings need to complete unstaking and withdrawals before 11:00 a.m. on Oct. 26, 2026, UTC+8, because the process carries a seven-day waiting period. After that deadline, the G staking page will be taken offline. Galxe also said Smart Savings users who do not manually withdraw or migrate their funds in time will have their remaining assets automatically transferred to Smart Balance. Those assets will no longer be available for withdrawal afterward. The notice was published by Galxe on Oct. 19 and was cited by BlockBeats.

Galxe tells G stakers and Smart Savings users to act before Oct. 26

Galxe said most of its core services have already moved to Gravity L1 as the Gravity Alpha mainnet is being phased out. The company warned that users with G staking positions or balances in Smart Savings need to complete the required steps before 11:00 on Oct. 26 because unstaking and withdrawals are subject to a seven-day waiting period. For G staking users, the key requirement is to initiate unstaking before the deadline, after which the G staking page will be taken offline. For Smart Savings users, funds must be manually migrated or withdrawn before the cutoff. Any balance left unprocessed after that time will be automatically moved to Smart Balance, and those funds will no longer be withdrawable through Smart Savings. Foresight News had previously reported that the Gravity Alpha mainnet will stop operating on Nov. 1. Assets that remain on Alpha after that point will no longer be transferable. Developers are also required to move dApps, bots, or scripts deployed on the Alpha mainnet to Gravity L1.

Galxe says Gravity Alpha will shut down on Nov. 1, 2026 as users move to Gravity L1

Galxe said Gravity Alpha, the project’s earlier mainnet phase, will formally end network operations on Nov. 1, 2026, as Gravity L1 moves into full production. After that date, the Alpha network will be permanently shut down, and any assets still left on Gravity Alpha will no longer be transferable.\n\nThe company also said the G staking page on Galxe will be taken offline at the same time. All staked G tokens must be withdrawn before the deadline. Galxe added that developers need to migrate any dApps, bots, or scripts currently deployed on Gravity Alpha to Gravity L1.\n\nAccording to Galxe, Gravity Alpha served as the first phase of Galxe’s onchain rollout. It was used to handle production traffic and identify execution bottlenecks. The team said lessons from that phase supported the development of Gravity L1, including Grevm parallel EVM execution, sub-second finality, and a validator-authenticated native oracle.
