Argentine Judge Seeks IDs and Freeze Orders for 25 Wallets Tied to LIBRA Case

An Argentine federal judge has ordered the identification and freezing of 25 cryptocurrency wallets tied to the LIBRA memecoin case, according to a court document reviewed by Clarín. The wallets were routed through centralized exchanges including Binance, Bybit, OKX, and Bitfinex, and the court is seeking KYC records, IP addresses, transaction histories, and other data that could identify the account holders. The order followed a report from the Cybercrime Technical Department of the Argentine Federal Police, which traced crypto movements across networks beginning in May 2026. One police reconstruction cited by Clarín described a mass outflow on May 10 in which 498,539 USDT was moved through an interoperability protocol to a wallet on the Tron network and then split into 17 transfers. Clarín also cited analyst Fernando Molina, who said about $8.2 million had remained idle before starting to move in May 2026 through the wallets now being targeted. Molina said on X on July 14 that the court order is still only a request and, to his knowledge, exchanges have not yet acted on it, meaning the LIBRA-related funds had not been frozen at that point.

ARK Invest research head says Ethereum captured just 0.15% of Robinhood Chain revenue

ARK Invest Director of Research Lorenzo Valente criticized the way revenue has been split on Robinhood Chain since launch, arguing that Ethereum, the network serving as the final settlement layer, has collected only about $1,538, or roughly 0.15% of total revenue. Based on the figures he cited on X on July 14, Robinhood has kept about 89% of the roughly $816,000 generated so far, while Arbitrum, described as the middleware or L2 layer, has taken around 10%, or about $80,000. Valente said that if ETH is viewed as money, Robinhood building on Ethereum is bullish, but if ETH is treated as a revenue-generating asset, the current setup looks bearish. He argued that a fairer split would be 75% for Robinhood, 10% for Arbitrum, and 15% for Ethereum. His comments came on the same day Ethereum co-founder Joseph Lubin said L1 fees should remain low, and Uniswap founder Hayden Adams shared data showing Uniswap generates $5.2 million in daily fee revenue, a sharp contrast with Robinhood Chain’s roughly $116,000 in average daily revenue over its first two weeks.

Hayden Adams says Robinhood Chain is off to a fast start as Uniswap Chain shifts focus to RWA

Uniswap Labs founder and CEO Hayden Adams said at WebX 2026 in Tokyo that Robinhood Chain has become one of the most talked-about topics in crypto because of its rapid early growth. He said the chain already has both meme-related activity and real-world assets, or RWA, which he described as especially promising for a new network. In his view, Robinhood Chain could serve as a bridge between tokenized traditional assets and crypto-native assets. Adams also spoke about the current market backdrop, saying builders still have to keep moving even in a bear market. He compared the environment to Uniswap’s early days, when few people believed crypto still had a future, and argued that this cycle still has room for adoption as existing businesses and assets continue moving online and on-chain. On Uniswap Chain, Adams said the team often has to explain how crypto works to traditional finance clients, who remain cautious and must also deal with a fragmented market structure across protocols, standards, and ecosystems. He said Uniswap’s long-term goal is to become the liquidity layer for assets on-chain worldwide, with this year’s main focus set on RWA.

Uniswap turns on protocol fees and starts burning UNI as three governance votes proceed

Uniswap founder Hayden Adams said on social media that protocol fees have been activated and UNI is now being burned. At the same time, three governance proposals are being voted on. They cover fees on Robinhood Chain for v2 and v3, fees for v4, and fee cleanup for cross-chain bridges tied to X Layer, Avalanche, MegaETH, and Soneium. Uniswap, created by Adams in 2018, is one of the largest decentralized trading protocols on Ethereum. Its protocol fee mechanism allows part of trading fees to be used for UNI buybacks and burns, a structure designed to support the token’s economics through deflation.

DeFiLlama says Uniswap generated about $5.027 million in trading fees over 24 hours

DeFiLlama data shows that Uniswap generated about $5.027 million in trading fees over the past 24 hours, according to a ChainCatcher news brief. Hayden Adams, the founder of Uniswap, said the protocol ranks behind only Tether and Circle in daily trading fees. He also said Uniswap is clearly ahead of projects including Hyperliquid and Pump on that measure. The update centers on a single fee snapshot and a ranking comparison cited by Adams, with no additional figures disclosed in the brief. ChainCatcher categorized the item as a 7x24 newsflash.

Uniswap routes users to other bridges when Across lacks liquidity, Hayden Adams says

Techub News reported that Uniswap founder Hayden Adams said in a reply to a user on X that when there is no liquidity available through the Across protocol, the system will show a link directing users to alternative bridge options. The comment outlines how Uniswap handles failed routing in its cross-chain bridge flow rather than leaving users at a dead end. Uniswap, one of the largest decentralized exchanges on Ethereum, has been refining its cross-chain bridging features in recent periods as it works to improve the user experience. The update does not introduce a new bridge on its own, but it shows that the interface is designed to redirect users when liquidity on Across is unavailable.

Uniswap says protocol fees are live and UNI is being burned as three governance votes continue

Uniswap founder Hayden said in a post on X that many users appear to have missed a key change: protocol fees on Uniswap have already been switched on, and UNI is being burned. He added that he continues to receive replies from people who still believe the fee switch has not been activated. Hayden also pointed to three governance proposals that are currently being voted on by the community. The proposals cover fees for Robinhood Chain on Uniswap v2 and v3, fees for Uniswap v4, and fee bridge cleanup related to xlayer, ava, megaeth, and sonium. The update centers on the current status of fee activation and ongoing governance decisions rather than any newly announced roadmap. No further details on vote timing or proposal outcomes were provided in the post cited by Odaily.
