Jack Yi says BTC, stablecoins and on-chain trading reflect finance moving onto blockchain

Jack Yi, founder of Liquid Capital, said in a post that every crypto bear market brings renewed doubts about the industry’s value, but his view has remained unchanged: the sector’s core value lies in "on-chain finance." He described that idea as bringing real-world financial assets and services — including gold, the U.S. dollar, U.S. stocks and exchanges — onto blockchain rails to offer a more convenient, transparent and open financial experience. In his view, Bitcoin, stablecoins and on-chain trading are all direct examples of that logic in practice. Yi also said AI represents a new direction for technological development and investment opportunities. He linked that view to the portfolio framework he has repeatedly advocated: "half crypto, half AI." The remarks were published in a post cited by Foresight.

Arthur Yi Says Bitcoin Faces Resistance Near $67,500, Keeps July-August Accumulation View

Liquid Capital founder Arthur Yi said Bitcoin still faces resistance around $67,500 and that only a strong breakout above that level would open the door to a sustained rebound. He said he is sticking with his earlier view of gradually buying the dip through July and August, then waiting for the next bull market cycle. Yi also argued that there is limited value in overanalyzing price action inside a range or trying to pinpoint exact entry levels near the bottom. In the same remarks, he referenced a research note on AI-linked U.S. equities and discussed compute company AGPU. According to Yi, AGPU announced a new $1.5 billion contract that lifted its total contracted amount to more than $3 billion. He added that the company could reach $10 billion in total contracts this year, and said its financing structure is not based on ATM equity issuance, which he described as better for investor interests. He also said the new contracts should show up in upcoming earnings reports.

Yilihua-backed AI fund’s first report says Axe Compute may be one of the most undervalued GPU compute entries in U.S. equities

An AI investment fund set up or led by Liquid Capital founder Yilihua and his team has released its first research report, focusing on Axe Compute as a U.S.-listed AI infrastructure company it says deserves closer attention. The report argues that the company, formerly Predictive Oncology, has shifted from a micro-cap biotech profile to an AI compute and treasury model tied to Aethir’s ATH token. It highlights a series of contracts announced in 2026, including a newly disclosed $1.3 billion AI infrastructure agreement on July 22, and lays out how Axe’s Immediate Access and Build programs are supposed to scale into recurring revenue. The note also compares Axe with CoreWeave, reviews the company’s first-quarter financials, and presents valuation models based on forward price-to-sales and price-to-ARR metrics. At the same time, the report flags risks around contract execution, revenue conversion, financial verification, and broader AI infrastructure valuation assumptions. Its core view is that Axe Compute remains materially underpriced if signed contracts turn into reported revenue and annual recurring revenue as management expects.

Yili Hua says U.S.-listed AGPU may be one of the clearest alpha trades in compute

Liquid Capital founder Yili Hua said in a post on X that one of the most certain alpha opportunities in the compute sector often comes from extreme valuation gaps. He pointed to AGPU, a U.S.-listed company that has recently secured more than $1.6 billion in contracts and reached forward annual recurring revenue, or ARR, of $384 million, while its current market capitalization remains below $100 million. On that basis, AGPU is trading at roughly 0.2x P/ARR. Hua contrasted AGPU with CoreWeave (CRWV), which he said has a market value of about $50 billion, operates with a heavy-asset model, and is still loss-making. In his view, AGPU’s hybrid approach of “asset-light Access + dedicated Build” is more competitive. He also said AGPU’s contract scale rose from zero to $1.6 billion within a few months. Looking ahead, Hua said he will focus on the company’s new order growth, financial results, and financing approach. Management, according to his post, expects new orders this year to reach as much as $10 billion.

Yilihua Says Bitcoin Needs a Strong Break Above $68,000 to Confirm a Reversal

Liquid Capital, formerly known as LD Capital, founder Yilihua said on July 7 that Bitcoin remains in a weekly downtrend and that only a decisive breakout above $68,000 would offer a convincing reversal signal. If BTC fails to clear that level, he warned the market could retest lower levels and potentially revisit the bottoming range, adding that he hopes a drop below $47,000 does not occur. Yilihua also said his team is preparing aggressively for bottom-fishing over the coming months, arguing that investors should be willing to act when market sentiment turns fearful. Beyond large-cap coins, he said the firm is also screening for potential “100x” opportunities for the next bull cycle. As an example, he noted that Render, a project they accumulated during the last cycle, once delivered a peak gain of nearly 180x. In selecting new candidates, he said the team focuses on projects that have already fallen more than 95%, still have highly capable founders, are aligned with major trend-driven and necessity-based sectors such as AI, and maintain healthy finances, ideally with profitability already in place.
