Research dossier links Rollbit co-founder alias to Daniel Robert Dixon and old CSGO scandals
A new report from Protos centers on a 128-page dossier compiled by X user HalfRetired, who claims that Rollbit co-founder “Lucky” is actually British national Daniel Robert Dixon. The dossier ties that identity claim to older Counter-Strike: Global Offensive skin-gambling controversies, including the 2016 CSGO Diamonds dispute, and argues that some of the same promotional tactics seen around Interdax later reappeared at Rollbit. The material also alleges that Rollbit and its predecessor quietly paid crypto influencers in BTC to promote the platforms through referral links without disclosing those payments. It goes on to catalog customer complaints, including claims that Rollbit froze or delayed withdrawals, and cites separate criticism from Selvlabs founder Foobar. HalfRetired also questions Rollbit’s past use of the term “provably fair,” pointing to a 2023 analysis of the platform’s then-current Plinko game design. That analysis did not prove current cheating, but it raised doubts about whether historical game outcomes were set up in a way users could properly verify. Protos said it has not verified the allegations and does not endorse them. Rollbit has not publicly responded to the dossier, while co-founder Razer has denied any connection involving Dixon or CSGO Diamonds.
