Privacy wallet Unstoppable said on X that it has added support for THORChain, expanding the set of native assets users can handle inside the app. According to the announcement, users can now store, send, and receive RUNE, TCY, and RUJI through the wallet. The update also adds support for managing THORChain Secured Assets and trading native assets through THORChain. The company also outlined the next steps for the integration. Unstoppable said it plans to roll out more native THORChain features over time, including bonding and deeper forms of protocol interaction. The post did not give a launch date for those additions, but it framed the current release as the start of a broader THORChain feature set inside the wallet.

Between May 15 and May 19, 2026, three DeFi platforms—THORChain, the Verus-Ethereum Bridge, and Echo Protocol—were exploited, losing over $32 million combined.

THORChain suffered a coordinated exploit across Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB Chain, and Base, with losses estimated at $10.8 million. The protocol halted all trading and signing operations, while RUNE fell about 12% after the news broke.

THORChain resumed full trading after a $10.7M exploit and 39-day shutdown. The fix involved 11-stage audits, KeyVerify tool, and two patches. Native Monero swaps are in final testing and expected soon.

THORChain said one Asgard vault was exploited, with preliminary losses estimated at $10.7 million. Network trading has been paused, while the protocol said user funds and swap activity were not affected.

Binance said it will halt trading for several spot pairs, including SHIB/DOGE, at 08:00 UTC on Jan. 27, 2026. Spot Trading Bots tied to those pairs will end at the same time.
