FORMS HK, Chainlink and Partners Launch TSF Tokenized Securities Framework
FORMS Syntron Information (HK), Chainlink, APEX Group and CSpro have launched TSF, a tokenized securities framework that provides infrastructure covering the issuance, distribution and settlement of tokenized securities. The framework initially adopts the ERC-3643 token standard, with compliance controls embedded from the start. The initiative is part of a push to bring Hong Kong's capital markets on-chain. Under the new framework, FORMS HK handles infrastructure coordination and integration with banking systems. Chainlink supplies oracle services, cross-chain interoperability and compliant identity management. APEX Group provides tokenization and asset services. CSpro manages asset origination and market access, enabling compliant distribution through licensed intermediaries in Hong Kong. Together, the four parties form a compliance-aware chain spanning asset origination, on-chain infrastructure, distribution and settlement.
