Boerse Stuttgart Digital Names Co-CEOs After Tradias Merger

According to Cointelegraph, Boerse Stuttgart Digital has appointed Christopher Beck and Ulli Spankowski as co-CEOs after completing its merger with Tradias, an institutional crypto trading company. Beck, who founded Tradias, has led the firm’s work providing institutional clients with trading and market-making services across more than 150 cryptocurrencies. Tradias’s partners include flatexDEGIRO, dwpbank and European government agencies. Spankowski previously served as managing director at Boerse Stuttgart Digital, heading the custody division that counts DZ Bank, DekaBank and Intesa Sanpaolo among its clients. The newly merged entity will integrate custody and trading, with headquarters in Frankfurt and Stuttgart. The two executives will share leadership roles at the combined company. The announcement follows the completion of the merger, which brings together a custody provider and a crypto market maker.
