AERO valuation remains weighed down by dilution as 1.2x revenue cap comes into focus

Foresight, citing a post by DhruTech, said AERO’s apparent cheapness comes with a trade-off: continued dilution. The brief note frames the token’s valuation around a single question rather than a broader market narrative. Even after fees are directed to holders, the overhang from new issuance remains central to how AERO is being judged. The key issue raised in the source is whether a 1.2x revenue cap can do enough to curb dilution. No additional figures, timeline details, or supporting metrics were provided in the source material. As presented, the argument is concise: AERO may look inexpensive, but that discount reflects a cost, and the market’s attention is fixed on whether the 1.2x revenue ceiling is sufficient to stop further dilution pressure.

Metaplanet resets Series 10 warrant conversion ratio and cancels 41% of related shares

Metaplanet has revised the terms tied to its Series 10 stock acquisition rights, according to a shareholder letter from CEO Simon Gerovich. The board decided to cancel 41% of the related shares and reset the warrant-to-share conversion ratio to its level before the company’s international offering in September 2025. Under the new structure, the ratio will change from a fixed 1:696 to 1:410. Metaplanet said the move removes more than $220 million in warrant value, cuts the number of related potential shares by 41%, reduces fully diluted share capital, and lifts fully diluted Bitcoin holdings per share by about 8.8%. The company also said all unvested warrants will face longer exercise restrictions, with one-third becoming exercisable in 2029, 2030, and 2031, while the previously agreed five-year lockup remains in place. In addition, Metaplanet will cancel 20% of warrants that had been earmarked for an employee incentive pool and work with a global compensation consultant on a new compensation incentive plan.

Bitdeer drops 19% after earnings miss and plan to sell up to $1 billion in new stock

Bitdeer Technologies lost 19% of its market value on August 10, ending the session with a $2.11 billion market capitalization versus $2.65 billion the prior Friday. The sell-off followed a mixed second-quarter report and, more importantly, a new filing that allows the bitcoin miner to sell up to $1 billion in stock. Revenue rose 47% year over year to $228.8 million, beating analysts’ $225.7 million estimate, but the company posted a $0.37 per-share loss, slightly worse than the $0.36 expected by Wall Street. Investors also focused on a shift in gross margin, which turned negative in the quarter after being positive a year earlier. Alliance Global cut its price target on the stock to $20 from a recently raised $23. Bitdeer CFO Michael Potter said the quarter showed steady progress and pointed to a new colocation agreement and the AI Cloud business, but those comments did little to offset concern over rising costs and shareholder dilution. The company also said litigation tied to its Clarington, Ohio, data center project has moved into discovery after a motion to dismiss was denied.

Bitdeer Stock (BTDR) Crashes 18% on $300M Convertible Note Offering, Dilution Fears Mount

Bitdeer shares fell sharply after the Singapore-based bitcoin miner and AI data center firm announced a private offering of $300 million in convertible senior notes due 2032, with an option to expand the raise to $345 million. Investors reacted negatively amid concerns that future conversions could dilute existing shareholders. The company also disclosed a separate direct offering of Class A shares and said proceeds would fund capped call transactions, repurchase part of its 2029 notes, and support data center, HPC, AI cloud, and ASIC expansion plans.

Strategy's mNAV Drops Below 1: Market Values Company Below Its Bitcoin Holdings, Stock Down 85% from Peak

Strategy (MSTR), led by Michael Saylor, saw its mNAV fall below 1 for the first time in years, meaning the market now values the company lower than the Bitcoin it holds. The stock trades at ~$82, down ~85% from its November 2024 peak, with an enterprise value of ~$50.4B vs. ~$51.1B in Bitcoin holdings. This NAV discount undermines Strategy's equity issuance strategy, as new shares dilute existing holders. Concerns mount that Strategy is behaving like a closed-end fund, risking prolonged discount if sentiment weakens.

Strategy's mNAV Drops Below 1: Market Values Company Less Than Its Bitcoin Holdings, Stock Down 85%

On June 27, 2026, Strategy (MSTR) saw its mNAV fall below 1 for the first time in years, indicating that the market now values the company at a discount to its Bitcoin holdings. The stock price has plunged ~85% from its November 2024 peak to around $82, bringing enterprise value to ~$50.4 billion, while its Bitcoin holdings (at ~$60,000 BTC) are worth ~$51.1 billion. This negative mNAV makes new equity issuance dilutive, risking further shareholder backlash. Market concerns grow that Strategy is morphing into a closed-end fund, though the company retains multiple tools including debt issuance, software cash flow, and active capital management to navigate the discount.
