DeFi protocol infiniFi said its token generation event, or TGE, is planned for the fourth quarter of 2026, according to an update cited by Odaily. The protocol also said that starting at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Aug. 26 and continuing until the TGE, rewards tied to infiniFi Points will be raised significantly. At the same time, infiniFi will shift to a new fixed allocation model for points rewards. Under that structure, rewards will no longer be diluted as new participants join. The announcement sets out both the project’s current timetable for the token event and an immediate change to how points incentives will be distributed before the TGE takes place.
