Jeff Ekhator has returned to full training with Juventus and could be nearing his first competitive appearance for the club. Football Italia said Friday's reports confirm that he is finally back in full training with Juventus, which means he could potentially be in line for his first competitive Bianconeri appearance in the near future.
Return to full training
According to reports from Gianluca Di Marzio, Tuttosport and various other outlets in Italy, Ekhator is back in full training with Juventus.
Injuries after his arrival
Ekhator joined Juventus from Genoa for a fee of €16m plus bonuses during the summer transfer window. A series of early injuries have prevented Ekhator from appearing competitively for Juventus so far.
The 19-year-old suffered a muscular injury during a pre-season friendly against Basel in mid-July. That injury ruled Ekhator out until the second week of the Serie A season.
His path back
Ekhator was an unused substitute for Juventus's second league fixture of 2026-27, against Parma. Ekhator then suffered a hamstring injury which has kept him out of action ever since.
Juventus's next match
Juventus next play Napoli in Serie A at 19.45 GMT on Sunday.
