Toni Freixa criticised José Mourinho over his conduct during the injury to Racing Santander's Álvaro Mantilla in Real Madrid's match against Racing Santander. It unfolded as Real Madrid moved into a three-goal lead inside the first half.
Mantilla goes off injured
Real Madrid went three goals ahead before the break. Kylian Mbappé won a penalty, and Mantilla limped off with a knee injury after falling during a challenge inside the box.
Medical report still pending
GOAL reported that the medical report was still to confirm the nature of Mantilla's injury.
Freixa's posts on X
The former Barcelona presidential candidate wrote on X: "Mourinho is a bad person. Mantilla suffered a cruciate ligament rupture, while he was making gestures suggesting that he was throwing himself to the ground."
Freixa also wrote, referring back to an earlier Clasico: "He is the same person who put his finger in Tito Vilanova's eye. A bad person and a bad sportsman."
