Barcelona beat Alaves 6-1 in Liga at Camp Nou on Saturday, with Lamine Yamal and Raphinha scoring twice each. Fermin Lopez also scored, Anthony Gordon got on the scoresheet, and Mariano Diaz struck a late consolation for Alaves.
Two players score twice
Yamal scored twice against Alaves, while Raphinha also scored two goals. Yamal has started all 18 matches for Barcelona and Spain this season.
Flick on the substitution
Flick substituted Yamal for the final 20 minutes against Alaves. He said: "When you score two goals, it's easier to go out."
Flick also said: "I spoke with him at half time. For us, that he has the confidence back with the one vs. one situations, more time and minutes in the second half is good, but it also important he has less minutes."
Attack praised
Flick said: "For Lamine it was a great game, but it was good to see the level of the attack: Fermin, Rapha. This is what I want to see after these two defeats. How we react, it was good and in the right way."
