Harry Kane said it was a "strange" night after Bayern Munich drew 2-2 with Borussia Dortmund on Saturday. The result meant Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund sat joint-top of the Bundesliga on 18 points.
Kane's reaction after the match
Speaking after the draw, Kane said: "Today probably wasn’t my best performance or the team’s best performance, but that’s just life. It’s part of being a striker and a footballer."
He added: "I could have been out there for another hour today, and the ball wouldn’t have hit the back of the net. You have to take that on the chin sometimes."
Kane also said: "It was a strange night all round. We have to see how the injuries are. A couple didn’t look so good."
Before kick-off and during the game
Kane presented his Ballon d'Or to the crowd before Bayern Munich played Borussia Dortmund on Saturday. He told the crowd he is "extremely proud to be a Bayern Munich player."
Against Dortmund, Kane hit the woodwork twice, including from the penalty spot. He also set up Dayot Upamecano for Bayern Munich's go-ahead goal in the second half.
Fábio Silva drew Dortmund level in the closing stages.
Match numbers and season return
