Talbi's limited minutes
Le Bris also addressed Chemsdine Talbi's lack of game time and insisted the winger will get more opportunities. Talbi was introduced as a late substitute on Sunday.
Le Bris on future chances
The Sunderland boss said: "It’s a shame because this list is so restrictive that you can’t use all your players."
He added: "It could have been really positive for him and for others as well to get minutes in this competition."
Le Bris said: "We trust them even if sometimes they are struggling."
He added: "I’m sure that Chemsdine will have these opportunities as well and it was a strong choice to give him an opportunity today, in a tight game, really intense, and I thought he could help."
