Milan led Inter 3-1 on Saturday in the Derby della Madonnina. Christian Pulisic, Adrien Rabiot and Diego Moreira scored for Milan, while Bastoni got one back for Inter.
First-half scoring
Pulisic scored for Milan in the 4th minute and Rabiot added another in the 10th minute. Bastoni pulled one back for Inter in the 22nd minute before Moreira scored Milan's third in the 43rd minute.
Moreira's goal
SempreMilan described Diego Moreira's goal as a free-kick that restored Milan's two-goal advantage just two minutes before the break.
Rabiot's Opta milestone
GOAL says Opta statistics show Rabiot became just the third midfielder in Milan's history to contribute to at least one goal in five consecutive Serie A matches since the competition returned to a 20-team format in the 2004-2005 season. GOAL says Rabiot's current run consists of four goals and two assists.
Other names on the list
GOAL says the only other Milan midfielders on that shortlist are Hakan Calhanoglu in July 2020 and Kaka between October 2004 and May 2008.
