Ermedin Demirovic scored Stuttgart's 4-1 goal after a diagonal pass from Undav. Undav registered his first league goal contribution in Leverkusen.
Undav said: "I'm glad we won. That's the most important thing. I'm proud of the team for the performance we showed. After what we've done so far, that wasn't easy."

Fabian Wohlgemuth, board member for sport, called the 4-2 victory a "release".
Demirovic said: "He is so important to us, whether he scores goals or not."
Demirovic also said: "Few people notice the passes he plays. I see few players in the Bundesliga who have such an eye for a team-mate."
What comes next
Before their next league match, Stuttgart travel to Istanbul to face Galatasaray in the Champions League on Tuesday. Stuttgart then host Werder Bremen in the league on Saturday.
Undav has one goal and two assists in three Champions League matches so far, and Stuttgart have taken seven points from those three games.
