Ark Invest added again to its stake in crypto exchange operator Bullish as digital-asset-linked equities moved higher. According to the firm’s daily trade disclosures, Ark bought 57,164 shares of Bullish on Monday through three exchange-traded funds, a purchase worth about $1.83 million based on the stock’s closing price. The buy came after a much larger order on Friday, when Ark acquired 393,057 shares valued at roughly $10.8 million.
Across the two sessions, Ark’s Bullish purchases totaled about $12.6 million. On the same Friday, the firm also cut its Coinbase exposure, selling around $22.2 million worth of shares. The combined moves point to another round of portfolio rotation inside Ark’s basket of crypto-related equities rather than a broad retreat from the sector.
Bullish Outpaced Other Crypto-Linked Stocks
Bullish shares climbed 16.76% on Monday to close at $32.05, outperforming many other names tied to the crypto market. Coinbase also finished higher, gaining 1.29% to $167.25. The rally extended to other peers as well: Circle rose 5.36% and Bitmine added 4.79%.
The move in crypto equities tracked a wider rebound in U.S. stocks. The Dow Jones Industrial Average added 0.04% and reached a fresh record high. The Nasdaq Composite rose 0.9%, while the S&P 500 gained 0.47%. That broader strength supported risk appetite across growth and technology shares, including crypto infrastructure plays.
Active Rotation Inside Ark’s Digital Asset Equity Book
Ark has remained an active trader in crypto-linked stocks, frequently shifting allocations as prices and leadership change across the group. Its latest Bullish purchase adds to a fast-growing position and stands out because it was paired with a sizable Coinbase sale only days earlier. Ark has not publicly commented on the new trade, based on the source material.
The report also notes that Ark’s larger exposure to Bullish suggests confidence in the exchange’s positioning as competition among crypto trading platforms intensifies. What the disclosed trades show clearly is this: Ark is still moving capital within the sector, leaning harder into Bullish while reducing part of an existing Coinbase stake.
