According to the results, roughly $35.7 million of the quarterly loss was tied to changes in the market value of its AVAX holdings, including fair value adjustments, realized losses, and impairment charges. Another roughly $15.2 million came from one-time transaction costs linked to the completion of its business combination, while core management expenses were about $3.5 million.
