Billions Network has extended registration for Rewards Season 1 until April 27 at 09:00 CET. The change was posted on the project’s community page and X account. According to the update, the extension followed community feedback, with the same objective kept in place: users need to register before the token generation event, or TGE, to secure rewards eligibility.
Registration window gets longer, but no TGE schedule yet
The notice tied rewards access directly to registration status. In practical terms, users who do not complete registration before the cutoff may miss eligibility for Season 1 rewards. What the team did not provide was just as notable. There was no confirmed TGE date, no token price, and no listing schedule in the announcement. For now, attention remains on access and timing rather than live market trading.
The update also stopped short of confirming a formal airdrop plan. Community interest around a possible Billions Network airdrop remains high, but the wording in the announcement focused on reward access, not a declared token distribution program. That distinction matters, especially as users try to position themselves ahead of any post-registration milestones.
AI identity push moves in parallel with the rewards campaign
At the same time, Billions Network continued to promote its broader identity stack for AI agents. Joanna, the company’s Head of Ecosystem Partnerships, said during the X Space session “How Do Stranger Agents Trust Each Other?” that trust on today’s internet still depends heavily on centralized platforms, which can revoke access at any time. The project used that discussion to frame its goal: permissionless, portable, and self-sovereign trust for both humans and AI agents.
Billions also introduced its Verified Agent Identity skill for OpenClaw. The company said the tool gives AI agents a verifiable identity layer. It relies on zero-knowledge proofs so an agent can prove certain facts without exposing private data. Billions added that the system can link an agent to a verified human and allow that agent to privately prove ownership or qualifications.
FAIAR eligibility and current adoption figures
The project said it had already teased FAIAR, short for First AI Agent Rewards, in February. Based on the current description, only verified agents using the OpenClaw skill will qualify first once FAIAR goes live. That places identity verification at the center of future reward access rather than as a separate product announcement.
Billions also said its identity infrastructure has been used by HSBC, Sony Bank, Deutsche Bank, and the Spanish Red Cross. The company added that it serves more than 2.3 million verified users and over 9,000 projects. Even with those figures on the table, the update still left out the details users are watching most closely: the TGE date, token pricing, and any listing timeline.
