Binance has confirmed that $FOGO will be listed on January 15, 2026, at 14:00 UTC with the Seed Tag attached. After the announcement, attention shifted quickly to the sale window, airdrop mechanics, and the price reference for launch. Under the published schedule, the Binance Wallet Prime Edition Pre-TGE sale will run from January 13, 08:00 to 10:00 UTC, and only users meeting the Alpha Points requirement can participate.
Pre-TGE sale terms are now public
The Token Generation Event will take place on BSC. Binance disclosed a total raise of $7 million in BNB, with 200,000,000 tokens offered, equal to 2% of total supply. The sale price is fixed at $0.035 per token in BNB equivalent. Each BNB Wallet user can subscribe with up to 6 BNB, and allocation will be calculated on a pro-rata basis according to total deposits. Binance also set January 15 at 12:00 UTC as the time for Alpha limit order trading.
Those figures give the market a clear starting valuation. At this stage, the main comparison for traders is between the $0.035 sale price and whatever level price discovery produces after trading opens, but Binance has not published an official spot listing price.
Token Key claim and airdrop sequence
Once subscriptions close, users will need to claim the Token Key on BNB Smart Chain through the exchange wallet, using the Prime Sale campaign page. Any unused BNB will be refunded during the claim period. Then, at 12:00 UTC on January 15, the actual reward tokens will be airdropped to Alpha accounts on the platform before trading moves into the Alpha environment and then toward broader market activity.
The structure puts FOGO into a controlled trading phase before full open-market circulation. With the airdrop and Alpha trading starting on the same day, early liquidity conditions and first-session price moves are likely to be closely watched.
Tokenomics revised after new investor entry
The project’s official X account said Robot Ventures had joined as an investor, with Robert Leshner and Tarun Chitra named in connection with the firm. After that, the team published an updated tokenomics breakdown. Under the new structure, community ownership totals 16.68%, including 8.68% for Echo Raises, 2% for the BNB Prime Sale, and 6% for the community airdrop.
The rest of the allocation includes 34% for core contributors with a four-year lock, 21.76% for the foundation, 7% for advisors, 12.06% for institutional investors locked until 2026, 6.5% for launch liquidity, and 2% marked as burned. According to the project’s disclosure, 63.74% of supply will remain locked at launch, while 36.26% will be unlocked.
The launch timetable is set
The key dates are now in place: subscription on January 13, Alpha limit order trading and airdrop distribution at 12:00 UTC on January 15, and the Binance listing at 14:00 UTC the same day. The Seed Tag also signals Binance’s classification of FOGO as a newer, higher-risk token. For now, the clearest public price reference is the $0.035 Pre-TGE sale level, which will serve as the starting point for market pricing.
