CryptoQuant data cited by Techub News shows Binance’s average monthly Ethereum withdrawal transactions have climbed above 90,000, the highest level seen in the past three years and roughly double where they stood at the start of the year. The shift suggests investors are moving ETH off exchanges and into private wallets or custody arrangements, a pattern that may point to a longer-term holding approach rather than keeping coins readily available for trading. The same data set also indicates Ethereum’s accumulation trend is currently stronger than Bitcoin’s. At the same time, U.S. spot Ethereum ETFs saw outflows during the week, with about $405 million leaving from Tuesday through Thursday. Even though Monday and Friday posted inflows, total net inflows for August remained below $190 million. The report was attributed to CryptoPotato.

Techub News, citing data from on-chain analytics platform CryptoQuant, reported that Binance’s average monthly Ethereum withdrawal transactions have risen above 90,000, the highest reading in the past three years and double the level seen at the start of the year.

The trend suggests investors are moving ETH off the exchange and into private wallets or custody solutions, which may reflect a longer-term holding strategy.

The data also showed that Ethereum’s accumulation momentum is currently stronger than Bitcoin’s. Separately, U.S. spot Ethereum ETFs recorded outflows this week, with about $405 million leaving from Tuesday to Thursday. Although there were inflows on Monday and Friday, net inflows for August as a whole remained below $190 million.
