Binance said it will list four new spot trading pairs on February 25, 2026, at 16:00 (UTC+8): ADA/U, DOGE/U, PEPE/U, and TAO/USD1. Trading bot services for the same pairs will go live at the same time.
Four spot markets set for launch
The new listings cover Cardano (ADA), Dogecoin (DOGE), Pepe (PEPE), and Bittensor (TAO). ADA, DOGE, and PEPE will be paired against U, while TAO will be paired against USD1. Binance said the addition is intended to expand trading choices on the platform and improve liquidity across the exchange.
The mix includes widely followed crypto assets as well as TAO, a token linked to the AI-focused Bittensor ecosystem. With the new spot pairs, Binance is widening the range of assets available for direct trading on its platform.
Trading bot support launches at the same time
Alongside the spot listing, Binance will enable trading bot services for all four pairs. According to the announcement, the feature will support spot algorithmic orders, allowing users to run automated strategies on the newly opened markets.
For traders using systematic execution, that means the pairs will be available for automated orders from the start. Binance did not add deeper technical details in the announcement, but it tied the bot rollout to the exact listing time.
Zero maker fee promotion covers three U pairs
Binance also outlined a fee campaign tied to selected spot and margin markets. ADA/U, DOGE/U, and PEPE/U will carry zero maker fees for eligible users in spot and leveraged trading. The promotion starts on February 25, 2026, at 16:00 (UTC+8) and will remain in place until further notice.
The exchange added that in some cases, standard transaction fees will still apply to regular users and VIP 1 traders. It also said trading volume generated on these pairs will still count toward VIP level calculations for those users.
VIP 2-9 users and market makers get broader fee cuts
Binance said VIP 2 to VIP 9 users and spot market makers will receive extra fee incentives during the campaign. For those participants, both maker and taker orders will be charged at zero commission on the covered pairs.
At the same time, Binance said trading volume from these promotional markets will not be counted toward VIP tier calculations or liquidity market maker programs. Trades placed under the fee campaign will also not qualify for BNB fee discounts, rebates, or other fee adjustment programs.
The update centers on three elements: four new spot pairs, trading bot access from launch, and temporary fee incentives on selected markets. The assets involved are ADA, DOGE, PEPE, and TAO.
