Binance has completed its 63rd HODLer Airdrop for USD.AI (CHIP), a lending protocol designed to fund AI computing power. Users who locked BNB into Simple Earn or On-Chain Yields between April 13 and April 15, 2026, received 25 million CHIP tokens directly to their spot accounts within five hours of the announcement on April 28.

Eligibility and Distribution

The airdrop used random snapshots of BNB holdings taken between April 13 and 15. Any user with BNB subscribed to Binance's earn products during that window qualified. Those who missed this round can still qualify for future CHIP airdrops by continuing to hold BNB in the Earn section.

CHIP Price Action: 124% Rally Then 6% Pullback

CHIP listed on Binance on April 21, 2026. The token surged 124% in its first week as investors rushed in. But the market has since cooled. CHIP now trades near $0.069, down 5% to 6% over the past 24 hours. Analysts point to three factors: profit-taking after a 60% weekly rally, selling pressure from the airdrop distribution, and Bitcoin's 2.71% decline dragging down smaller tokens.

Key support sits at $0.065 to $0.067. If CHIP holds above this zone, stabilization is possible. A break below could push the price toward $0.06.

Tokenomics and Risk Factors

Total supply is 10 billion CHIP, with only 20% (2 billion) currently in circulation. Despite the small float, 24-hour trading volume exceeds $691 million, indicating strong investor interest. On the lending side, the platform has processed $225 million in loans with a pipeline of over $1.2 billion.

Risks remain. A wallet linked to developers recently moved 75 million CHIP (worth about $5.73 million) to OKX exchange, which can spook retail holders. Moreover, 80% of tokens are still locked; future unlocks will increase supply and could pressure prices.
