Odaily, citing an official announcement, reported that Binance Wallet has cancelled the SPCXx IPO campaign due to “uncontrollable factors.” According to the announcement, all USDC locked by participating users will be returned in full through the original route, with the refund process expected to be completed before June 12, 2026.
Binance Wallet also said it will distribute an airdrop to participating users based on their level of participation. The total airdrop will be around the equivalent of $1 million in bStocks SpaceX token SPCXB, and the tokens are expected to be credited to users’ spot accounts before June 18, 2026.
The announcement describes SPCXB as a tokenized security pegged 1:1 to SpaceX shares. The underlying shares are held by a regulated custodian, and proof of reserves is provided. Binance Wallet also stated that SPCXB will later be listed for trading on the Binance spot market.
