BingX has introduced a new Trust Center, a hub that pulls together disclosures on the exchange’s security systems, asset transparency and long-term operating record. The company said the move is meant to show how it manages platform safety, user asset protection and ongoing operations. BingX added that it now serves more than 40 million users worldwide.
As the crypto sector matures, exchanges are facing higher expectations around trust and transparency. BingX said it has spent the past eight years building around a user-first approach, with an emphasis on operational stability, visible asset protection mechanisms, risk controls and continued product development.
BingX spokesperson Pablo Monti said, “Trust is not built overnight. It is accumulated step by step through continuous transparent disclosure, stable and reliable operations, and a commitment that keeps users at the center. From Proof of Reserves and global compliance expansion to strategic partnerships and product innovation, each major milestone reflects BingX’s determination to build a platform users can trust over the long term.”
Reserve disclosures and security setup
On asset transparency, BingX said it continues to maintain a 100% Proof of Reserves program and publishes monthly reserve snapshots using Merkle Tree technology. In its latest reserve report, released on July 15, 2026, the exchange disclosed the following reserve ratios:
- BTC: 142.82%
- ETH: 126.48%
- USDT: 131.83%
- USDC: 124.41%
All four assets were reported above 100%, which the company said shows full coverage of user holdings.
BingX also highlighted a $150 million Shield Fund for user protection. It said its broader security architecture includes multi-signature authorization, tiered management across cold, warm and hot wallets, real-time risk monitoring and 24/7 global customer support.
On information security, the company said it has obtained PCI DSS 4.0.1 and ISO/IEC 27001 certifications. According to BingX, those certifications cover areas such as information security, risk management, operational resilience and incident response. The exchange added that it continues to undergo regular testing and review by third-party security firms.
MiCA application and product expansion
BingX said it is also pushing ahead with compliance and new product lines. The company stated that BingX EU has formally submitted an application for a crypto-asset service provider, or CASP, license under the European Union’s Markets in Crypto-Assets regulation, known as MiCA.
On the product side, BingX said it is broadening its platform into a more diversified trading venue. Through BingX TradFi, eligible users can trade traditional financial products such as stocks, commodities, forex and global indices on the same platform where they manage crypto positions. The company said availability of those products will depend on local regulations and user eligibility requirements.
Brand partnerships with Chelsea FC and Ferrari
BingX said its trust-building effort is not limited to product design and technology, and also extends to long-term partnerships with global brands. Its relationship with Chelsea FC has entered its third year. The partnership was upgraded from Official Sleeve Partner to Official Training Wear Partner, and the two sides also launched a global brand campaign called “Trained on Greatness.”
The company said the partnership was renewed again in 2026, with both parties continuing to work together around shared ideas of excellence, discipline and constant improvement.
In the same year, BingX also became the first official cryptocurrency exchange partner in the history of Scuderia Ferrari HP. The company described the arrangement as a multi-year partnership centered on performance, innovation and user experience.
Charity work and company background
BingX said trust also comes from long-term social responsibility efforts. Since setting up the $10 million BingX Charity Fund in 2022, the company said it has continued to support humanitarian aid, education programs, environmental sustainability and community development.
Among the initiatives it listed were a one-year partnership with Save the Children to support vulnerable children in Bosnia and Herzegovina, disaster relief work across Asia, support for communities affected by the 2025 Hong Kong fire, and ongoing education and environmental protection programs in multiple regions.
According to the company, BingX was founded in 2018 and operates as a cryptocurrency exchange and Web3 AI company. It said it serves more than 40 million users globally, ranks among the world’s top five crypto derivatives exchanges and was an early player in copy trading for digital assets.
BingX said its current product range includes derivatives trading, spot trading, copy trading and TradFi services. The company described these as AI-driven products and services designed to improve trading performance, decision confidence and execution efficiency. It also noted that it has been a principal partner of Chelsea FC since 2024 and became Scuderia Ferrari HP’s first official cryptocurrency exchange partner in 2026.
