Bitcoin Asia 2026 has published its full agenda and added Changpeng Zhao, or CZ, to the speaker roster for the two-day event set for Aug. 27-28 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.
The summit is organized by BTC Inc., a subsidiary of Nakamoto Inc. listed on Nasdaq under the ticker NAKA. Metaplanet is the title sponsor. The full agenda is now available at asia.b.tc/agenda, and attendees can begin mapping out their schedules ahead of the event.
Agenda covers keynotes, panels, and dedicated programs
According to the announcement, the two-day program includes main stage keynote sessions, panel discussions, and several focused segments: the BFC Symposium, Deal Day, the Deal Flow Zone, and the Open Source Hub.
BTC Inc. said the schedule is now live as the countdown continues toward the Hong Kong summit at the end of August.
CZ joins the confirmed speaker list
The organizer said CZ has formally joined the conference speaker lineup. The release identified him as the founder of Giggle Academy, saying that in recent years he has focused on education and mentorship within the Bitcoin ecosystem while also advising multiple governments on regulation and tokenization. It also noted that he is the founder of Binance.
BTC Inc. CEO Brandon Green said: 「When we talk about Bitcoin, we often focus too heavily on adoption in Western markets. Bitcoin is a global phenomenon, and Asian markets are critical to its growth, success, and narrative. We are honored to once again bring together the Bitcoin communities of East and West, and to write the next chapter of Bitcoin history with outstanding leaders including CZ, Simon, Balaji, and many others, while continuing to deepen our commitment to the growth of the Bitcoin ecosystem.」
Conference themes focus on institutional adoption
BTC Inc. said this year’s summit will center on the deep intersection between Eastern and Western Bitcoin ecosystems at a key point for institutional adoption. Topics listed in the release include macro monetary policy, corporate treasury management strategies, Bitcoin infrastructure, and regulatory environments across Asia.
The company added that more speakers and agenda details will be announced over the coming weeks. Ticketing and broader event information are available at asia.b.tc, while media pass applications can be submitted through asia.b.tc/contact/press-pass.

Forward-looking statements and listed risks
The announcement also carried a forward-looking statements section. It said certain statements in the release constitute forward-looking statements under U.S. federal securities law. The release said those statements involve uncertainty, assumptions, and risk. Factors that could cause actual results to differ materially include Bitcoin price volatility and its effect on audience interest, advertiser demand, and the commercial viability of Bitcoin-focused media; changes in audience size, engagement, or platform distribution channels that could affect BTC Inc.’s reach or revenue; the risk that new products or services, including new media platforms, may fail to launch on time, reach expected audience levels, or generate expected revenue; and the risk that advocacy or industry engagement efforts may not achieve the intended outcome.
It also listed dependence on third-party distribution platforms, including changes to their policies, algorithms, or terms of service, as well as competition from other media companies and content providers. Other risks named in the release include changes in the digital asset regulatory environment and their potential effect on BTC Inc.’s operations, content, and audience; reliance on key personnel and creative talent; the risk that projected audience metrics, impressions, or distribution data may not be achieved or maintained; risks tied to BTC Inc.’s integration into Nakamoto Inc.’s operating structure following the completion of the acquisition in February 2026; the effect of macroeconomic conditions on advertising and event revenue; and other material factors described in Nakamoto Inc.’s filings or planned filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, including Form 10-K, Form 10-Q, Form 8-K, and related documents available through Nakamoto’s website and the SEC.
The release added that because Nakamoto Inc. is BTC Inc.’s parent company, investors in Nakamoto Inc. common stock should note that the performance and risks of BTC Inc.’s media, events, and education businesses may affect Nakamoto Inc. and its subsidiaries in areas including consolidated financial results, reputation, and regulatory standing. It said any forward-looking statement reflects views only as of the date on which it was made.
