Bitcoin Asia 2026 is set for Aug. 27-28 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, where the main two-day gathering will run alongside a dedicated business and B2B program built around Deal Day and the Bitcoin for Corporations Symposium.

The event is positioned for a wide mix of attendees across the Bitcoin ecosystem, including long-term holders, open-source developers, newcomers, miners, policy observers, and builders. For participants arriving in Hong Kong with a defined commercial agenda, the business track is being presented as a concentrated venue for enterprise development and institutional meetings.
Hong Kong pitch centers on regulation and capital access
According to the release, Hong Kong is a natural setting for the event because the city has introduced a virtual asset service provider licensing framework, approved Bitcoin ETFs, and remained open to institutional digital asset business. For companies looking to connect with capital and counterparties in Asia-Pacific, the city is described as an entry point to one of the region's deepest financial networks.
Organizers expect Bitcoin Asia 2026 to attract more than 10,000 attendees from over 125 countries. The event is hosted by Tokyo-listed Bitcoin treasury company Metaplanet and produced by BTC Inc., a subsidiary of Nasdaq-listed Nakamoto Inc. (ticker: NAKA).
Deal Day will use a pre-arranged meeting format
Deal Day is scheduled for Aug. 27 at HKCEC as an invitation-only event designed to connect Bitcoin companies with banks, funds, and research analysts in a transaction-focused setting. The release says this is not an open networking floor or general expo format. Participants are screened, and every meeting is arranged in advance.
Exhibiting companies will host meetings in a designated conference area at the venue, with back-to-back 30-minute one-on-one sessions running through the day. BTC Inc. said it will customize each company's meeting calendar before the event based on stated goals. A catered lunch and panel discussions are planned in the middle of the day, followed by a Deal Summit reception.
The company said the format is aimed at finance, investor relations, strategy, and fundraising executives who are coming to Hong Kong to execute deals rather than only attend stage sessions.
BTC Inc. pointed to results from Deal Day at Bitcoin 2026 in Las Vegas, where 23 exhibiting companies and 23 investment partners took part in more than 200 structured meetings. Exhibiting firms included Kraken, Metaplanet, BitGo, Strive, Bitdeer, Nakamoto, Fold, iTrust Capital, and Unchained. Capital allocators and financial institutions included Barclays, TD Securities, Societe Generale, Scotiabank, Cantor Fitzgerald, Bitwise, Cohen & Company Capital Markets, B. Riley, UTXO Management, and Sora Ventures. Deal Day Asia 2026 is intended to bring the same format to one of Asia-Pacific's most active financial centers.
Participation is by invitation only. Companies and investors can register interest with BTC Inc. and then submit attendance details and meeting objectives to build a tailored schedule. Confirmed participants can also access add-on options including private meeting rooms, Bitcoin Asia whale passes, and Deal Day branding placements.
Corporate and institutional programming will share the same floor
The institutional track at Bitcoin Asia 2026 will be held in a single open venue layout at HKCEC, with the Bitcoin for Corporations Symposium stage at one end and Deal Day at the other. The setup is meant to place three groups from the corporate Bitcoin ecosystem in one space: corporate treasury participants, capital allocators, and infrastructure partners.
The release describes corporate treasury participants as public company CEOs, CFOs, and boards that manage or assess Bitcoin balance sheet exposure. Capital allocators include fund managers, family office principals, and institutional investors. Infrastructure partners include custodians, over-the-counter trading desks, and legal, accounting, and treasury advisers serving the sector.
At the center of the venue, organizers will run a business matchmaking zone for one-on-one meetings, with in-app table reservations available. For banks, funds, and research analysts attending the event, the space is meant to offer direct access to vetted companies in an environment built for efficient meetings.
Bitcoin for Corporations Symposium returns to Hong Kong on Aug. 27
The Bitcoin for Corporations Symposium will take place on Aug. 27 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at HKCEC. BTC Inc. said the program is designed for people actively deploying capital, building companies, and shaping how Bitcoin is used in the global economy.
The sessions will focus on how companies are putting Bitcoin into practice, bringing together businesses that have added Bitcoin to their balance sheets and firms building the infrastructure and financial products that support the ecosystem. Topics listed in the release include governance, capital formation, yield strategies, and operating decisions companies face as Bitcoin takes on a larger role in global commerce.
After stops in Las Vegas and New York, the symposium is moving to Hong Kong, with Amsterdam scheduled as the next venue in November 2026. In New York, Metaplanet's keynote was described as the most-watched session of the symposium.
Access to the Bitcoin for Corporations Symposium is included with Bitcoin Asia 2026 business passes or whale passes.
Business pass starts at $197
Attendees who want access to the Bitcoin Asia business program, including the matchmaking zone, in-app meeting booking, curated networking opportunities, and priority seating at the main stage, can do so through a $197 business pass, labeled GA+. The pass also includes access to a networking lounge and a dedicated check-in lane.
Entry to the Bitcoin for Corporations Symposium requires a business pass or whale pass and an invitation, while Deal Day participation requires a separate application process and credentials. Full pass options and Deal Day applications are available at asia.b.tc/networking and asia.b.tc/institutional.
BTC Inc. and the forward-looking statements section
BTC Inc. CEO Brandon Green said, "Hong Kong sits at the center of the conversation between Eastern capital markets and the global Bitcoin ecosystem. The networking opportunities at Bitcoin Asia, together with Deal Day and the Bitcoin for Corporations Symposium, create the infrastructure for companies and investors to turn conversations into outcomes."
BTC Inc. describes itself as a Bitcoin media company whose businesses include Bitcoin Magazine, Bitcoin Conference, and Bitcoin for Corporations. Through its media, events, and education platforms, the company said it provides news, research, and experiences for individuals, institutions, and corporations. BTC Inc. is a subsidiary of Nakamoto Inc., which the release describes as a public Bitcoin company that owns and operates a portfolio of Bitcoin-native businesses globally.
The release also includes a forward-looking statements section under U.S. federal securities law. It says those statements cover BTC Inc.'s business plans and strategy, including plans for new products, services, and media platforms; projected audience size, reach, impressions, and distribution; expected launch dates and production timelines; anticipated outcomes from industry and regulatory engagement; and the expected role and growth of Bitcoin-related media, events, and educational services.
BTC Inc. said actual results may differ materially because of uncertainties, assumptions, and risks. Factors listed in the release include Bitcoin price volatility and its effect on audience interest, advertiser demand, and the commercial viability of Bitcoin-focused media; changes in audience size, engagement, or distribution channels; the risk that new products or services, including media platforms, fail to launch on time, reach expected audience levels, or generate expected revenue; the risk that advocacy and industry engagement efforts do not produce the intended results; reliance on third-party distribution platforms whose policies, algorithms, or terms may change; competition from other media companies and content providers; changes in digital asset regulation; dependence on key personnel and creative talent; the risk that projected audience metrics, impressions, or distribution data are not achieved or sustained; risks tied to BTC Inc.'s integration into Nakamoto Inc.'s operating structure after the February 2026 acquisition closed; the effect of macroeconomic conditions on advertising and event revenue; and other important factors described in Nakamoto Inc.'s filings or planned filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, including Form 10-K, Form 10-Q, Form 8-K, and other documents available on Nakamoto's website and the SEC's website.
The release adds that because Nakamoto Inc. is BTC Inc.'s parent company, the performance and risks of BTC Inc.'s media, events, and education businesses may affect the consolidated financial results, reputation, and regulatory standing of Nakamoto Inc. and its subsidiaries. It also says BTC Inc. and Nakamoto Inc. undertake no obligation to update any forward-looking statements except as required by law.
