Bitcoin Spot ETFs Post $298 Million in Daily Net Inflows, Led by BlackRock’s IBIT

Bitcoin spot exchange-traded funds recorded $298 million in total net inflows on Aug. 17, based on Eastern Time, according to SoSoValue. BlackRock’s IBIT led the group with $160 million in net inflows for the day, pushing its cumulative historical net inflows to $61.256 billion. Fidelity’s FBTC ranked second, drawing $112 million and bringing its historical cumulative net inflows to $9.994 billion. As of publication, the total net asset value of U.S. Bitcoin spot ETFs stood at $78.671 billion. The ETF net asset ratio, which measures ETF market value as a share of Bitcoin’s total market capitalization, was 6.09%. Historical cumulative net inflows across the category had reached $52.086 billion.
