Bitget has introduced the Bitget Alliance Program, a four-week campaign that sets aside a user reward pool equal to 30% of the platform’s retained net trading fee revenue generated by eligible non-institutional users during the calculation period. The program runs from 8:00 UTC on Sept. 28, 2026, to 8:00 UTC on Oct. 26, 2026, and was announced after the exchange said it detected a security incident on Sept. 24. Bitget said user asset balances remain intact, while services are being restored in phases and security measures are being strengthened. Under the rules, 60% of the reward pool will be distributed based on eligible trading activity and 40% based on eligible asset holdings, with rewards calculated weekly and paid in USDT. The minimum participation threshold is 100 USDT, subject to caps and eligibility requirements. Bitget is also issuing a 30-day VIP tier protection trial pass to eligible VIP1 to VIP7 users, with automatic distribution expected to be completed by Oct. 1. During the phased return to normal operations, VIP users can also seek help from dedicated account managers and VIP customer support for withdrawal, account and fund-related matters.

Bitget has launched the Bitget Alliance Program, a four-week campaign that will allocate a user reward pool equal to 30% of the platform’s trading fee revenue. The exchange said the program is meant to thank users for their trust and support during a challenging period for the platform.

The campaign runs from 8:00 UTC on Sept. 28, 2026, to 8:00 UTC on Oct. 26, 2026. Rewards will be distributed based on eligible users’ trading activity and asset holdings on the platform. Bitget said the reward pool will be calculated as 30% of the retained net trading fee revenue generated by eligible non-institutional users during the applicable calculation period.

The program was introduced after Bitget said it detected a security incident on Sept. 24. The exchange said user asset balances remain intact, and that it is continuing to restore normal services while strengthening its security framework. Bitget described the Alliance Program as a separate measure aimed at thanking users who continued to trust and support the platform during that period.

Bitget CEO Gracy Chen said: 「Over the past few days, we have felt tremendous support from users, partners, and the broader community. That means a great deal to the entire Bitget team. We wanted to give back in a concrete and meaningful way to those who have stood with us, so we decided to place part of the platform’s trading fee revenue directly into a user reward pool.」

Rewards split between trading activity and asset holdings

Under the program rules, 60% of the total reward pool will be distributed based on eligible trading activity, while the remaining 40% will be allocated according to eligible asset holdings. Rewards will be calculated weekly and paid in USDT. The participation threshold is at least 100 USDT, and the program also includes relevant caps and eligibility requirements.

Eligible trading activity includes futures, spot and stock trading, although some products and transaction types are excluded from the calculation. Bitget said rewards will be determined according to each user’s actual participation during the campaign and the applicable program conditions.

Chen added: 「The Alliance Program is our way of expressing gratitude to our users. We know trust must be earned through action, especially in difficult moments. We will keep moving forward with user care, platform strengthening, and open, transparent communication at the center.」

30-day VIP tier protection for eligible users

Bitget also said it will provide a 30-day VIP tier protection trial pass to eligible VIP1 through VIP7 users, allowing qualifying users to retain corresponding VIP benefits during the protection period. The pass will be distributed automatically to eligible users, with distribution expected to be completed before Oct. 1.

As Bitget gradually restores normal operations, VIP users can also turn to dedicated account managers and VIP customer support for withdrawal, account and fund-related requests.

According to the company, participation in the Alliance Program will be available to eligible users depending on region, legal requirements and regulatory conditions. Full eligibility terms, calculation methods and campaign rules are available on the program page.
