Bitget said it has launched AI Smart Grid on GetAgent Playbook, introducing an automated multi-coin trading strategy that uses AI to select assets, set grid parameters, monitor market conditions, and rotate between cryptocurrencies as the market changes.
The company said the release pushes its "agent-native trading" plan forward by giving AI a larger role in turning market analysis into systematic trade execution.
Built for range-bound markets
Bitget described AI Smart Grid as a strategy tailored for range-bound markets, where prices tend to move back and forth within a defined band. In that setting, grid trading aims to capture repeated price swings and turn them into trading opportunities.
Compared with conventional grid trading, where users need to pick suitable tokens and manually configure grid settings one by one, the new tool scans the market based on factors including volatility, liquidity, and trading range, then selects assets it considers suitable for the strategy.
Users only need to choose a trading type, a strategy style, and an investment amount. The rest of the setup and market monitoring is handled automatically by GetAgent, according to the company.
Reassessment every four hours, risk checks every 15 minutes
Once activated, AI Smart Grid reassesses market conditions every four hours and adjusts portfolio allocation in response to changing conditions, while switching individual grids on or off as needed, Bitget said.
During operation, the system also performs a risk check every 15 minutes. The company said that allows asset allocation and grid parameters to change with market conditions instead of remaining fixed after launch.
Bitget CEO Gracy Chen said: "Professional traders have always had better tools and more resources, and AI can help narrow part of that gap. AI agents can continuously observe the market, help users understand market dynamics, build strategies, and execute trades, making more complex trading methods easier for ordinary users to adopt."
Extension of the GetAgent Playbook rollout
Bitget said the launch builds on GetAgent Playbook, which went live in June as a library of AI trading strategies that can be executed directly. The company said the product covers use cases including cryptocurrencies, futures, and stock screening.
According to Bitget, Playbook extends GetAgent from market interpretation into a systematic trading workflow, allowing users to review, configure, launch, and monitor relevant strategies.
Unlike a one-off trade instruction, AI Smart Grid continues to evaluate market conditions after deployment and can pause when suitable trading opportunities are not available, the company said.
AI trading figures and broader product stack
Bitget previously said more than 1 million users had completed AI-driven trades through GetAgent and GetClaw, with cumulative trading volume exceeding $1.2 billion.
The company said the new launch also supports its broader push into agent-native trading as AI agents gain a stronger ability to interact directly with markets. It named GetAgent, GetClaw, Agent Hub, and Agent Harness as parts of the infrastructure it is building so AI can support market analysis, strategy creation, trade execution, and risk management within the scope of user authorization.
Company and wallet details included in the release
