Bitget has published its latest Proof of Reserves (PoR) report, saying its 44th report shows a total reserve ratio of 123%.
User holdings rose across key assets, with BTC up 15% from June
The latest snapshot shows users holding 26,856 BTC, 112,242 ETH, 1,678,163,870 USDT, and 113,827,508 USDC on the platform.
Compared with June, BTC holdings increased by 15%, while holdings of ETH, USDT, and USDC changed by 50%, 13%, and 28%, respectively. The report said the shifts reflect continued portfolio adjustments by users across different markets as they respond to market changes.
Average reserve ratio across four major assets reached 122%
Bitget said it continues to maintain reserves above the 1:1 industry standard for BTC, ETH, USDT, and USDC, with an average reserve ratio of 122%.
According to the report, reserve balances, wallet addresses, and cryptographic proofs are published with each release. Users can also independently verify whether their personal assets are included in platform reserves through Bitget’s Merkle tree-based verification system.
Gracy Chen says transparency standards must evolve with tighter financial links
Bitget CEO Gracy Chen said, "As financial markets become increasingly interconnected, transparency standards must evolve in parallel. We have insisted on publishing proof of reserves every month for more than three years because users should always be able to verify that their assets are fully backed. As the line between cryptocurrency and traditional finance continues to fade, this level of transparency will become a foundational standard for the entire industry."
Proof of reserves is part of a broader security framework
Bitget said proof of reserves, together with its Protection Fund and ongoing risk monitoring mechanisms, forms part of a broader security framework. While the measures serve different functions, the company said they collectively give users greater transparency and show how the platform protects assets.
As Bitget continues building what it calls a universal exchange (UEX), integrating cryptocurrencies, tokenized stocks, commodities, foreign exchange, precious metals, and other financial products into a unified account, independently verifiable reserves remain a core part of its infrastructure. The company said its monthly reserve disclosures give both retail and institutional users an objective way to assess solvency as participation across multiple asset classes grows.
Company background and partnerships listed in the release
The article states that Bitget was founded in 2018 and describes itself as the world’s largest full-spectrum exchange, or UEX. It says the exchange serves more than 120 million users across over 200 countries and regions. The company also said its exchange helps users trade through its copy trading feature and other trading solutions, while providing price information for Bitcoin, Ether, and other cryptocurrencies.
The release also describes Bitget Wallet as a non-custodial crypto wallet that supports more than 130 blockchain networks and millions of tokens. It supports multi-chain trading, staking, and payments, while giving users direct access to more than 20,000 decentralized applications, or DApps, and integrating swap functions and market insight tools.
On partnerships, Bitget said it is the official cryptocurrency partner of LALIGA in East Asia, Southeast Asia, and Latin America. It also said it is working with UNICEF with a goal of providing blockchain education support to 1.1 million people by the end of 2027. In motorsports, the company said it has become the exclusive cryptocurrency exchange partner of MotoGP.
The article adds that Bitget Wallet serves more than 80 million users, supports more than 130 major public chains and millions of crypto assets, and offers asset management, trading, market data, DApp browsing, wealth features, and payments. It also said Bitget Wallet has established a $300 million user protection fund.
