BitGo on Aug. 3 introduced BitGo Link, a new platform that lets institutional clients connect centralized exchange accounts including Coinbase, Kraken and Crypto.com to BitGo’s system for unified digital asset management. The company said the product is designed for treasury teams that need a single operating interface to view and manage assets held both in BitGo custody and on external exchanges in real time. Clients can also initiate transfers directly through the platform for cross-venue rebalancing, margin needs and other trading opportunities. According to BitGo, all transfer requests are processed through its BitGo Policy Engine, and institutions can apply additional permission controls to restrict how funds are used. The platform also automates exchange record reconciliation and tracks settlement status. CEO Mike Belshe said Link is meant to serve as a control center for institutional trading and treasury operations. BitGo added that the platform is built on its existing Go Network and that support for more exchanges and broader treasury functions will be added later.

Crypto custody firm BitGo said on Aug. 3 that it has launched BitGo Link, a new platform that allows institutional clients to connect centralized exchange accounts including Coinbase, Kraken and Crypto.com to the BitGo system for unified digital asset management.

BitGo said Link is built for institutional treasury teams, giving them a single operating interface to view and manage assets held on BitGo’s custody platform and on external exchanges in real time. Users can also initiate asset transfers directly through the platform for cross-platform rebalancing, margin requirements or market opportunities.

All transfer requests are handled through the BitGo Policy Engine, according to the company. Institutional users can set additional permission controls to restrict how funds are used. Link also automates the reconciliation of exchange records and tracks settlement status.

BitGo CEO Mike Belshe said Link will serve as a “control center” for institutional trading and treasury management, helping firms move assets more efficiently across markets and platforms.

BitGo said the platform is built on its existing Go Network. The company plans to add support for more exchanges and expand treasury management features in the future.

BitGo was founded in 2013 and is one of the larger crypto asset custodians in the United States. It currently holds more than $100 billion in assets under custody. The company went public in 2026 and had previously received conditional approval for a U.S. trust bank charter. In June, BitGo cut about 15% of its staff after its first-quarter net loss widened.
