Broadcom reported fiscal Q3 adjusted net revenue of $29.59B, beating estimates of $29.45B, with AI semiconductor revenue hitting $16.7B vs. expected $15.93B. However, Q4 revenue guidance of approximately $34.8B missed the consensus of $35.05B, causing AVGO shares to drop over 6% after hours before narrowing to 1.35%.

BlockBeats said on September 3 that Broadcom (AVGO) posted its fiscal third-quarter earnings. Adjusted net revenue landed at $29.59 billion, ahead of the analyst consensus of $29.45 billion. Semiconductor solutions revenue hit $20.84 billion, topping the $20.51 billion estimate. AI semiconductor revenue came to $16.7 billion, above the expected $15.93 billion. Adjusted earnings per share (EPS) were $3.32, versus the $3.23 forecast.

But the outlook was softer. The company's fourth-quarter revenue guidance, at about $34.8 billion, came in below the $35.05 billion analysts were looking for. Data from BIT (bit.com) showed Broadcom shares falling more than 6% in after-hours trading, before trimming the loss to 1.35%.
