SIREN is drawing fresh scrutiny after onchain analytics from Bubblemaps indicated that roughly 50% of the token’s supply may be controlled by a single entity. The firm shared a wallet cluster screenshot on Monday and said one cluster alone holds more than $1 billion worth of tokens on BNB Smart Chain.
Bubblemaps used blunt language in its post, saying, “This only ends one way.” The warning shifts the discussion away from price momentum and toward token distribution. If a large share of supply sits in a small group of wallets, market moves can be shaped less by broad trading activity and more by the decisions of a few large holders.
SIREN surged from pennies to above $3.80
SIREN has been one of the standout tokens of early 2026. According to the report, it climbed from penny levels to highs above $3.80, then settled into a recent range of about $2.30 to $2.50. Trading volume has repeatedly crossed into nine figures, and the token’s market capitalization has entered the top 50 digital assets.
The token launched through Four.meme in 2025 and later shifted from meme coin roots toward what it describes as an AI-driven trading ecosystem. Its pitch centers on an “AI analyst agent” designed to provide market insights, automated strategies, and a planned decentralized exchange (DEX).
Exchange listings, leverage, and burns fueled the rally
Several factors helped drive SIREN’s move. The report says listings on major centralized exchanges, including futures products with leverage, opened the door to larger speculative activity. At the same time, supply reductions tied to token burns tightened the amount available in circulation, adding upward pressure.
The broader AI theme in crypto also lifted interest. On BNB Chain in particular, ecosystem incentives and liquidity programs have increased visibility for AI-linked tokens. Attention, liquidity, and speculation arrived together. Price followed quickly.
Wallet clustering raises structural concerns
The main issue highlighted by Bubblemaps is not the project narrative but the ownership structure behind the token. Onchain data suggests that a significant share of SIREN supply is grouped across a relatively small number of wallets. That can leave the effective float much thinner than headline supply figures suggest.
In practice, that means a handful of holders may have an outsized impact on price action. This setup is common in meme-style tokens, where whales can push rapid rallies and just as quickly trigger sharp pullbacks. Markets have seen similar patterns before, with early accumulators taking profits after steep appreciation and reversals following soon after.
The article also notes that several items on SIREN’s roadmap remain under development, including AI trading signals, sentiment analysis tools, and a future DEX. That leaves the token’s valuation tied closely to expectations rather than fully deployed infrastructure. SIREN has captured liquidity and trading activity, but the Bubblemaps alert shows that the rally is unfolding alongside clear structural risk.
For now, traders are still following the momentum. What happens next may depend not only on the chart, but on movements inside those clustered wallets.
