Portfolio companies move toward public listings
Kraken and Blockchain.com have also publicly announced that they confidentially submitted filings to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for potential initial public offerings. BitGo completed its IPO in January 2026.
C1 Fund also disclosed that an earlier partial issuer tender by Ripple generated an investment return of about 150% for the fund in just over four months.
