Circle Payments Network widened its global coverage this week by adding local currency payout corridors in India, Singapore, the Philippines, the United Arab Emirates, the European Union, and the United States. Regulated local partners enable near-instant settlement using domestic payment rails. The network targets banks, payment firms, VASPs, and enterprises that need compliant cross-border settlement through a single integration.
India: NEFT, IMPS, and RTGS Rails
In India, partner Saber supports rupee payouts via NEFT (settlement within two hours), IMPS, and RTGS (near-instant). This corridor connects enterprises to one of the world's largest digital payments markets.
Singapore and Philippines: FAST and Pesonet
Singapore joins through Tazapay with FAST transfers, boosting access in a key Asian financial hub. The Philippines corridor, powered by Coins.ph, uses Pesonet, Instapay, and partner banks for rapid peso payouts. Circle noted that Philippine remittances exceeded $41 billion in 2025.
Europe and UAE: SEPA and FTS
Europe leverages Saber for SEPA transfers, eliminating fragmented country-level integrations. The UAE corridor, run by LuLu Financial Holdings, enables AED payouts via FTS rails for enterprise payments, remittances, and regional commerce.
United States: Fedwire for USD Settlement
In the US, Tazapay supports USD payouts through the Fedwire Funds Service, adding settlement optionality for global platforms. Across all corridors, Circle uses stablecoin-based funding including USDC, emphasizing compliance, transparency, and trusted local execution.
