Cleancore Solutions has revealed that it accumulated more than 710 million Dogecoin (DOGE) as part of its corporate treasury strategy and is targeting a long-term holding of one billion DOGE. The disclosure, made on October 7, 2025, has drawn significant attention to the institutionalization of the Dogecoin ecosystem.
‘House of Doge’ Arm Drives Acquisition
Cleancore launched its official Dogecoin Treasury, backed by the Dogecoin Foundation, on September 5, 2025. As of October 6, its holdings exceeded 710 million DOGE, carrying more than $20 million in unrealized gains. To fund the purchases, the company closed approximately $175 million through a private placement on September 5. Cleancore stated it maintains sufficient cash to continue its disciplined buying approach toward the 1 billion DOGE milestone.
CEO Clayton Adams noted that the treasury's early weeks have been productive, emphasizing that the strategy aligns with a long-term vision to expand DOGE's utility as a global digital asset, driving broader adoption and sustained demand.
Strategic Partnership and Compliance
Cleancore has designated Bitstamp by Robinhood as the trading venue for its treasury through a strategic alliance, ensuring secure and regulated transactions with enhanced transparency. Adams added that the approach goes beyond net asset value, aiming to advance the DOGE ecosystem through professional governance, laying a foundation for future yield-bearing opportunities and supporting long-term stability.
Cleancore is among the many digital asset treasury (DAT) firms entering the scene this year. As of Tuesday afternoon, DOGE was changing hands at $0.25. Institutional participation is reshaping Dogecoin's market structure, transitioning from retail dominance to professional capital management, potentially providing stronger price support and richer financial applications for DOGE.
